What our members may not know…..
As a non-profit organisation, we donate money we raise from your membership subscriptions and events towards local projects and charities that we have an affiliation with.
Last week we were delighted to visit Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and hand over a cheque for £350, to help support the fantastic work they undertake. We hope we will never need their emergency care, but 2424 missions a year speaks for itself, meaning on average six people a day do!
We hope our funds will go some way to help deliver the important emergency care need to those in their time of need.
