Today we said a fond farewell to two of our long-standing committee members Barbara Wigley and Jaye Jones.
The ladies have been on the committee for many years, both reminiscing about their time with us, as far back as 2005! Over this time, they have proactively worked with local communities, Exmoor National Park, local authorities and our members, to help maintain, improve and re-establish bridleways across the West Somerset & Exmoor Bridleways area.
They have been involved with organising treasure hunts, guided rides and other major horse events on Exmoor, with Barbara being the organiser of The Golden Horseshoe Endurance ride for 15 years, until 2015.
We as a committee extend our huge thanks to their time and commitment to the organisation and it will be safe to say they will be greatly missed.
